You will be picked up at your hotel/accomodation in Porto (other locations that are outside pick-up limits require the setting of a meeting point in Porto).

Travelling to Douro Valley Region

We will drive you from Porto all the way through to the Douro Valley region via the most beautiful and panoramic roads, in one of our 9 seat air condicioned minivans. You will be accompanied by your driver-guide, that will provide you with detailed information about the history of Port Wine making in the Douro Region, along with a lot of interesting facts and curiosities along the way.

Stop at the First Winery

We will make a stop at the first local Winery of the tour (to be designated, depending on our partner's timeslots availability), where you will be guided through a visit to the Winery - the lagares, where the wine is produced, cellars and the then you will be served with a selection of Wines during the Wine Tasting.

Lunch at a local Restaurant

After the first winery, we will make a stop for lunch in a local restaurant in the village of Pinhão, where you will be able to experience the local cuisine of typical Portuguese food (options of meat, fish, vegetarian and Gluten-Free by request).

1 Hour River Cruise

Embark on a one hour long river cruise, in a typical Rabelo boat replica, and enjoy the sights of the beautiful Douro Valley landscape, directly from the Douro River.

Panoramic Photo Stops

Visit some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region of Peso da Régua and Sabrosa, in the Douro Valley, where you can admire and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and take some pictures to later remember.

Stop at the Second Winery

We will make a stop at the second local Winery of the tour (to be designated, depending on our partner's timeslots availability), where you will be guided through a visit to the Winery - the lagares, where the wine is produced, cellars, all of that while you taste a selection of local Wines during the visit.

Travelling back to Porto city for Drop-off

After the tour is over, you will be transported back to your hotel/accomodation in Porto, where you can expect to arrive by 5:30PM, depending on the traffic volume we encounter along the way.
